Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps

Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps (HKACC) is one of the 11 government-funded uniformed groups in the HKSAR.  We have to learn discipline, foot drill, leadership, aviation and the like.  There are also many different kinds of activities for us to join in order to train our discipline and leadership skills.  For example,  we have training camps, flag selling, flying operations, hiking, etc.
I joint the HKACC since I was 12.  I have already joint for 7 years and I will continue to join the HKACC until I am over-aged(21).  HKACC makes me become braver and it can develop my leadership skills.  After 2 years joining the HKACC, I am promoted to in charge of the training section of the corps.  I need to teach cadets first aid, foot drill, discipline.  It improves my communication skills.  Also, during the meeting, we have team building section, it makes me learn how to work with others.  As I am a senior member in the corps, officers need me to in charge of some outdoor activities.  For example, in the flag selling activity, I need to allocate cadets to different places to make sure everything is in order.
